Morten Lossius is a professor, senior researcher, epileptologist, and lead of the National Centre for Epilepsy in Norway (SSE) - serving patients with difficult-to-treat-epilepsy from all over the Norway.
People that he helps range from those with a rare epilepsy and intellectual disability to temporal lobe epilepsy and autism spectrum disorders.
The primary goal of the research conducted at SSE is to provide new knowledge, which, in turn, will improve the ability to attend to the needs of people with an epilepsy, thus, the research is largely clinical.
